Toward a Rapid Awakening
Your spiritual awakening can be relatively rapid, and two of the fastest ways are through silence and relationship. Spending time in silent prayer or meditation is a great way to stir up everything up in the mind that was unconscious. And relationships (not just romantic) will also mirror everything in your unconscious so you can see all those thoughts and forgive them.
It still may take some time for your grievances and attack thoughts to come up fully into awareness, but your progress depends solely on your willingness and desire to know the truth. Do you really want to experience nothing but the truth? And are you willing to let everything up that was hidden up into awareness that it may be released? Thankfully, the blocks that seem to be in your way are not real, and so this awakening need not be a struggle. Each illusion will gently dissolve each time you join with Spirit in your heart, and you will rejoice in the awareness of What You Are!
This recording of David Hoffmeister was made on October 2, 2016 at the Living Miracles Monastery in Duchesne, Utah

The Global Crisis: Signing On To The Journey Of Transformational Resilience
Carolyn & Myrn Inparis talk about what happens to us when we allow ourselves to fully wake up to the global crisis. Often the uncertainty pushes us to do deep inner work which then allows us to discover a new quality of empowerment. Not only do we then become more resilient, but our resilience becomes transformational so that we can engage in service and healing. Because every living being is connected with every other living being, serving one, serves all.

Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour with Mariam Massaro

Saturday Mar 18, 2017
Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour #253 is an hour of songs and visionary improvisations from The Gaea Star Band, recorded at Singing Bridge Studio in Worthington, Massachusetts and featuring Mariam Massaro on vocals, native flute, acoustic guitar, baritone ukulele, percussion and sitar, Bob Sherwood on piano and Craig Harris on congas and percussion. Today we begin with the uptempo, dancing rhythms of Mariam’s “Oh The Angels Are Coming”, a lovely air driven by Mariam’s insistent acoustic guitar and alternately bluesy and modern minimalist piano from Bob. Mariam’s gorgeous native flute decorates an extended coda as the piece draws to a close. “Snow Full Moon” ravishes with a melismatic, mystical melody from Mariam, a lyric of love and reverence to the moon, stately congas and jazzy, stretching piano. “Oh, We’re In The Shadows Of The Light” begins as a whisper with Mariam’s close vocal and feathery guitar and grows into a lovely folk ballad that flows peacefully with love for nature’s endless variety. “We’re Gonna Find The Way” follows the break with a folky, ukulele-driven vibe decorated by nimble piano that builds to a racing, dancing climax and culminates in a lovely native flute and piano conversation. “Awakening” flows out from the preceding piece and is a song to hope and peaceful resistance. Mariam strums her beautiful sitar and unleashes lush Indian poetry for today’s closer, the beautiful eastern raga “Manakiya”.

Women Waking the World~ A Conversation with Marilyn Nyborg
In this edition of Conversations with Extraordinary People I’ll be in conversation with Marilyn Nyborg, spiritual activist and co-founder of two organizations, Gather the Women, and Women Waking the World. We will discuss these remarkable organizations and the core issues around which they have been built. Gather the Women’s purpose is to bring women together to inspire one another, to witness one another, collaborate, work together on the things that are passionate to their hearts and to give women a voice.
Women Waking the World frames the central crisis of our time as the devaluation of the Feminine, which allows the degradation of the earth, the abuse of women, their exclusion from influence, and ultimately the decline of all life. WWW offers a website that is truly a portal into a conversation around the effects of what they refer to as the patriarchy. And in doing that these portals offer a curriculum, videos, articles, their blogs and much, much more. And, as for men, Women Waking the World’s intention is also to reflect the voices of men who really hear their plea.

Emma was born on March 8, 2007 on Long Island, NY, where she currently resides with her parents, Greg and Anna. She also has an older brother, Matthew, who attends Middle School, and she has a dog, a cockapoo, named Sammy. Emma is a very out- going, bright, athletic girl who currently attends elementary school and enjoys playing sports in her free time. She currently plays soccer, basketball and flag football. Her biggest achievement in soccer was last year, when her team won 1st place in the NYCSL State Cup game. It was a very proud day for all the players, parents, and coaches. Emma also plays the quarterback on a flag football team, which is made up of all girls her age, and they play in an all boy league. Last year, her team made it to the first round of playoffs, which she is very proud of. Emma also loves to water ski. She was 3 years old the very first time she was able to get up and ski. She loves to jet ski, swim and her latest accomplishment was learning how to wake surf this past summer with her cousins.
Emma loves all animals! Her brother and her cousins have set up lemonade stands, in the past, to help raise money for the ASPCA, so they can help animals in need.
Emma is a typical 9 year old girl (soon to be 10), who loves to play with her friends, go bowling and go to the movies. She loves to go on bike rides, fishing and crabbing and going in the beach and pool in the summer. Her first and most important focus is doing well in school. She loves to read and learn about different things in science. She will be graduating next Spring from elementary school and will go onto the Middle school, where she will hopefully continue to be a successful, well-rounded, confident young lady.
