My first guest, Patti Meyer, talks about learning to overcome depression and anxiety and how she has come to live a full life, not in spite of, but because of her experiences.
Guest Bio: When it comes to depression and anxiety, Patti Meyer wants you to know that you are not alone, and it DOES get better. Having struggled with both throughout her life, Patti has always been interested in the manageable, daily changes people can make in order to function better and be happier. After exploring this through an Associates’ Degree in Psychology and almost two decades working within Operations Management, Patti now runs her own company, BizMagic Virtual Business Management, where she supports female and non-binary entrepreneurs who feel overwhelmed and need help getting their businesses humming. Patti and her team create, implement, and teach the tweaks that help her clients to make a bigger impact with less stress. Patti understands that sharing our stories of survival is key to helping others overcome their own struggles and she’s honored to be here today.
