Guest Bio: Dr. Larry Burk M.D., C.E.H.P.- Larry’s story begins in his hometown at the University of Pittsburgh where he did his medical school and radiology residency training… “There I got in on the ground floor of MRI just as it began to flourish in 1985. Personal experience pushed me to pursue research in MRI of the shoulder at Thomas Jefferson University after doing a musculoskeletal fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, eventually leading to the first study of MRI in professional baseball players with the Philadelphia Phillies.
Then, I was unexpectedly launched into a multifaceted adventure into holistic healing in 1987.
The next stop on my journey was private practice in Virginia Beach where I was introduced to the Edgar Cayce material and medical intuition. This caused a significant paradigm shift in my worldview. In 1993 I moved to Durham, home of my alma mater, Duke University, and the Rhine Research Center, formerly the Duke Parapsychology Laboratory. I took a job as section head of musculoskeletal radiology at Duke and pursued parapsychology research in intuitive diagnosis, eventually becoming a founding member of the American Board of Scientific Medical Intuition and Rhine board president for a year. I started the Mind-Body Medicine Study Group.
The deaths of a friend and my father led me into the world of dreams and shamanic journeying.
I co-founded the Duke Center for Integrative Medicine in 1999 and then began to practice acupuncture, hypnosis, and dreamwork at various clinics at Duke. In 2002 I was introduced to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and became a Certified Energy Health Practitioner through the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology in 2010 and was certified in hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis in 2011.
I published Let Magic Happen: Adventures in Healing with a Holistic Radiologist in 2012. Health-related dreams inspired me to publish a research paper in 2015 on women who had warning dreams about their breast cancers before diagnosis.
I gave a TEDx talk on Cancer Warning Dreams that Can Save Your Life in 2016.

Peace On Earth by 2030 Game

What if peace on earth was actually possible? In 1986 at the height of the cold war a torch of peace was passed around the world. The First Earth Run, in partnership with the United Nations Children’s Fund directly engaged twenty-five million people and 45 heads-of-state in 62 countries.
The initiative, entitled the First Earth Run, came to be seen as one of the great success stories about what can be accomplished in our world with the power of imagination and the commitment of dedicated individuals. The unique conditions that allowed it to succeed then are once again present now.
We are once again facing a similar fear and contraction in the world, which is again creating a comparable pressure toward expansion and transformation. I hope that this story will prove instructive, inspiring the imagination and will of many around the world to enter into this opening. An expert in stress management and family dynamics, he is the creator of “The RIGHT Way®,” a method to help families enjoy more caring and cooperative relationships. His pioneering work earned him the California State Board of Chiropractic Examiners distinction to teach health professionals simple scientific stress reduction techniques. She felt poignant in the families she depicted was the lack of communication and the isolation that each member felt. Unfortunately, she believes that this is true not only of these Holocaust survivors but also for so many families in the world.
According to the National Institute of Mental Health, mental illness is common in the U.S., affecting tens of millions yearly. Yet, not everyone gets help. Fortunately for Maria, whose own experience of a breakdown and staying in a mental institution when she was nineteen reminded her of how isolated she felt, and found other young women like herself during her stay that helped her heal.

Prophetic Dreams of Pets, Feathers, and Monks- OH MY!
You may have heard of people like me having precognitive and prophetic dreams about their health. But what about Fur Parents who have prophetic dreams about their fur, feather, and scale children? Guest Bio: Amy Gifford is a California native who grew up in San Diego with her parents and two sisters. She relocated with her family to North Carolina as a teenager and eventually moved to the Raleigh area, where she spent the next several years. Four years ago, she decided it was time for new scenery (mountains!) after some big life changes and headed out to Denver, Colorado, where she now resides. She spent her career in Sales, starting out in retail, mostly working in high-end jewelry, and eventually decided to move into the world of software and IT. She’s currently pursuing her B.A. in Psychology at the University of Colorado, Denver and in her free time between work and school nurtures her Spiritual growth and recently started her journey as a Reiki Practitioner. She loves being outdoors, hiking and camping, as well as spending time with friends, traveling, and talking with family as much as possible. You’ll also find her at her favorite local spots around the Denver/Boulder area on the weekends.
