Manifesting Wellness Series: Crappy to Happy Masterclass
Crappy to Happy Masterclass was a spectacular session with some simple strategies to reduce stress amidst crisis. Diane released this class several months ago but in her evolution through these uniquely stressful times she was inspired to tweak the course with more fun and creativity. Diane created this unique masterclass to support the community during this stressful time. We are all experiencing extra stress at this moment due to civil unrest and conflicts in our external worlds. And this stress impacts our internal world with physical symptoms and emotional shifts. She inspires some fun stress relief techniques during this Master class. These techniques are designed to help us connect with our inner child and use fun to spark shifts in our creativity, motivation, inspiration and productivity. She emphasizes the importance of shifting negative thoughts and feelings as they arise to reduce symptoms in our physical bodies. She encourages deep breathing to release stress during difficult situations. She also encourages a quick dance release session to swiftly shift emotions. These simple strategies help us connect to the fun and creativity of our inner child. She is truly inspirational on this episode as she shares her stories and support with the community.
