Understand our collective discomfort and inability to deal with “negative” emotions and learn what it means to “hold space” for your own or somebody else’s grief and pain.
Experiment with a “Sacred Anger” practice that can be done by yourself or with a partner (ideally with the person who hurt you) so you can embody your rage and use it as a catalyst for good instead of hide from it or suppress it.
Develop your own “Sacred Dance” practice and begin to flow emotion through your body instead of keeping it stuck inside.
