The Human Ego & Your Spirit
In the first half of today’s episode, Cheryl Bradley, a spiritual medium and teacher, explores the concept of ego and its influence on our human experience. She explains that humans have two distinct aspects—the physical self and the lighted self.
The physical self is defined by the ego and is associated with emotions such as fear, guilt, and sadness, which can interfere with our intentions and path. Cheryl highlights the importance of understanding and managing the ego, silencing inner chatter, and seeking clarity to seek out peace and make enlightened decisions.
