Contact Modalities with Grant Cameron Cynthia Sue Larson talks with Grant Cameron about consciousness, UFOs, and contact modalities. Grant shares his personal experience with the "wow factor" of seeing UFOs, and describes the value of contact modalities. Just as Paul McCartney received his song, "Yesterday" in a dream, some of the top scientific discoveries and artistic creations come through in the form of direct knowing and inspiration. We can learn to get in the field by utilizing any of a number of some dozens of contact modalities, such as meditating, to quiet the left side of our brains. Grant describes how UFO experiences have changed over the decades and centuries, from wooden ships seen in the air in the 1800s to modern-day experiences with orbs, mists, beams of light, and triangles. Humanity now has an opportunity to experience what a difference our beliefs can make, when we recognize the foundation of reality is consciousness--and not physical "nuts and bolts."
Grant Cameron is the recipient of the Leeds Conference International Researcher of the Year and the UFO Congress Researcher of the Year. Grant has authored numerous books and presented findings from decades of research in interviews and at events held around the world, as well as in TV documentaries and nearly a hundred radio shows. The Ultimate Holiday Wish for 2020 – ReMag for ALL- Carolyn Dean MD ND
It’s here! The holiday season is upon us and in 2020 with it comes the additional stress of the unknown with many having to navigate a whole host of circumstances and health challenges they haven’t faced before.
In this time of unprecedented contrast, stress, and mental and physical challenges, Dr. Carolyn Dean has the ultimate holiday wish for one and all – the joyful expectation of a wonderfully healthy, happy body and mind.
Achieving that outcome could be as simple as adding beneficial amounts of magnesium to your daily health routine. A recent Gallup poll suggests that eight out of ten Americans are stressed. With numbers as high as these, it pays to consider natural solutions, like magnesium, for improving wellness. In one of Dr. Dean’s most highly recommended free resource guides, Magnesium in the Central Nervous System, the correlation between magnesium and stress reduction is well documented.
This book’s research notes that magnesium is strongly associated with stress levels. More specifically, magnesium deficiency symptoms include an increase in stress levels and other health issues, which only add to stress levels. When stress is a symptom of magnesium deficiency, magnesium helps with stress.
Claims are made that both hypomagnesemia, meaning magnesium deficiency, and stress feed off each other and create adverse effects within the body. Furthermore, the book concludes that magnesium deficiency is associated with several, stress-related conditions, including:
Photosensitive headaches
Fibromyalgia
Audiogenic stress
Chronic fatigue syndrome
Cold stress
Physical stress
In studies, cortisol and adrenaline production were also associated with magnesium deficiency. These byproducts, stemming from a “fight or flight” reaction, often come during times of anxiety or stress.
When the body experiences more stress, it naturally uses more magnesium. This further reduces the body’s magnesium stores, causing a greater deficiency. It doesn’t matter what causes the stress a person is experiencing; any time you experience the effects of increased worry and anxiety, the body will require more magnesium to function correctly.
To recover from stress, it’s vital to get full, restful sleep - another area that magnesium plays a role. Studies indicate that magnesium promotes healthy sleep by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps you feel relaxed and calm. Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour with Mariam Massaro

Friday Dec 18, 2020
Gaea Star Crystal Radio Hour #423 is an hour of visionary acoustic musical improv featuring the Gaea Star Band with Mariam Massaro on vocals, native flute, acoustic guitar, dulcimer and kalimba, Robin Rooney on djimbe, percussion and vocals, Bob Sherwood on piano and Craig Harris on congas and native drums. Recorded live at Singing Brook Studio in Worthington Massachusetts in December of 2020, today’s show begins with the lovely, expansive “Let’s Open Our Eyes”, a folk ballad with a gospel flair, before moving into a moon song from Mariam, the mystical “In The Cool Of The Evening”, featuring a gorgeous vocal from Mariam and floating countermelodies from Robin. A beautiful, dramatic piano coda from Bob brings us into “To Watch The River”, a compelling, floating piece of music characterized by Mariam’s chiming dulcimer and gorgeous native flute. Mariam leads the next number, “Cathedrals In The Forest” with earthy kalimba plucks that set the tone for a somber, minimalist groove on this trancelike number. Ever morphing and expanding through a series of movements, some driven and energized, some retiring and gentle, “Cathedrals In The Forest” sprawls languidly, a floating trance experience to manifest peace.

Diane interviews Kari Caldwell focusing on stress and overwhelm during the Holidays. Kari shares her insights to reprogram ourselves through stressful situations. These little strategies are powerful tools to empower ourselves during stressful experiences. These little shifts help us avoid the overwhelming emotional shifts by providing a time to surrender to the emotions. Kari discusses the differences between masculine and feminine energy within each of us. She also shares the importance of balancing these energies to truly empower ourselves. This special episode sheds light on the powerful shifts we can make in our day as we surrender in the moment. Diane shares her insights on surrendering the need to control to relieve the stress and symptoms we experience. Diane further explains the physical and emotional root of injuries. Each of us experiences life in a unique way and it is important to shift these energies quickly to reduce overwhelming stress. Diane and Kari collaborate to share strategies to shift the stress and reprogram ourselves. Kari shares a beautiful meditation during the second half to quiet the mind and center our thoughts.
