African Americans are Sick and Dying from Coronavirus at a Disproportionately High Rate
An alarming reality is beginning to emerge from data collected by the CDC as COVID-19 infiltrates communities across America. African Americans are becoming infected and dying from COVID-19 at rates that shadow those of the rest of the population. A Washington Post analysis of data shows a rate of infection among African Americans in counties that are majority black that is 3x higher than counties that are majority white and a death rate that is 6x higher. In St Louis, Missouri every death from COVID-19 has been African American.

Expand the Power of Your Subconscious Mind: James Jensen
Your Subconscious is Your Power We talk to ourselves all day long at the rate of 150-300 words per minute, or up to 50,000 thoughts per day. These thoughts condition the subconscious mind and become commands to be carried out by the subconscious. This process happens whether we realize it or not. But what if we could fully understand the relationship between our conscious and subconscious mind and use this knowledge to better ourselves in ways we never before thought possible? Jim Jensen’s commentaries remind us, Joseph Murphy’s classic book does not use these words lightly. There is a rapidly growing body of rigorous scientific evidence indicating that the mind can significantly influence matter, both within the body and beyond. The powers that Murphy describes might seem like miracles, but as science progresses we are slowly but surely unraveling its mysteries.
James "Jim" Jensen began his career as a salesman with Encyclopedia Britannica in his senior year of college. Within seven years he had become International Sales Manager in charge of worldwide sales. At the age of 28, he became Senior Vice President and CEO of Great Books of the Western World, a division of Encyclopedia Britannica. In this same year (1969) Jim and his wife, Jeri, attended a 4-day seminar that would have an incredible impact on their lives forever. As is written in the Introduction, Jim became both a voracious student and, ultimately, teacher of many of the principles written in his book, Expand the Power of Your Subconscious Mind. https://cjamesjensen.com

The Illusion of Time
The illusion of time what a juicy topic. This is something that you can go all the way with the Holy Spirit and Jesus on this topic, then you find that you're free, and always have been free. If you find that you're joyful you're lit up, You're lit up with the light of heaven. So, this topic is just as profound as it gets. Like the Jack Nicholson movie as good as it gets this, is as good as it gets in terms of topics. You aren't going to find a more helpful topic to dive into this time.
God is eternal God created you as a perfect child of God in eternity in the mind of God, and you will only be happy, fully happy when you know your true environment, heaven Nirvana call it whatever you want. Eternity, you will only find true unbroken happiness and fulfillment in eternity and time and eternity cannot coexist so every frustration, whether it's around health, diet, interpersonal relationships, the environment, whether it's issues with work or your boss, with your neighbors, if it's issues with a mosquito, you have issues with anything. It's a time issue, because time and eternity cannot coexist. One of the things Jesus says in the course is he says, you are guiltless in eternity, but not in time. Okay. So he's just equated time with guilt. And all of us want to be guiltless, all of us want to be innocent. All of us want to be happy and joyful and he says you are guiltless in eternity, but not in time. That's important. So okay how do we escape time then?

HOUR 1
9 Reasons Your Body Needs Magnesium--Carolyn Dean MD ND
TONIGHT on Dr. Carolyn Dean Live we will be talking with medical doctor and naturopath Carolyn Dean MD ND, author of The Magnesium Miracle, about 9 reasons your body needs magnesium.
Energy Production
Magnesium's most important function is the creation and transport of energy in the trillions of cells making up our body. Magnesium is a cofactor in the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) which transports chemical energy within cells for metabolism.
Virus Protection
Several aspects of COVID imitate magnesium deficiency. When magnesium is in abundant supply the body's immune response enzymes, such as GTPase, work properly to protect cells from invasion.
Anxiety and Depression
In the 2010 review by Eby and Eby, the relationship between low Mg intake as a risk factor for MD appears to have extremely important preventative and treatment implications. Daily supplementation should be a universal prevention strategy.
Insomnia
This is one of the most common questions about magnesium, as magnesium deficiency is associated with high levels of stress, difficulty relaxing and more anxiety, which are all key reasons people have trouble sleeping. In a small study, magnesium for sleep was used on 43 older adults. Of those that took the supplement, the majority fell asleep faster and also spent more of their time asleep.
Another study showed that restless leg syndrome could be controlled with magnesium supplements, which is another reason some people have trouble sleeping. It would appear the proper amount of magnesium causes relaxation and helps people take advantage of natural sleep rhythms for better rest.
Protein Production
Recent research has found that magnesium is required for the structural integrity of numerous body proteins. To date, 3,751 magnesium receptor sites have been found on human proteins.
RNA & DNA
Magnesium is required for the structural integrity of nucleic acids. Consequently, magnesium is a requirement for RNA and DNA production.
Protein Synthesis
Magnesium is used in synergy with dozens of other vitamins, minerals, nutrients and enzymes to modify food and create the structural components of the body. RNA and DNA, which contain the genetic blueprints for the formation of all the protein molecules in the body, are dependent on magnesium.
Transmitting Nerve Signals and Regulating Calcium
Magnesium permits a small amount of calcium to enter a nerve cell, just enough to allow electrical transmission along the nerves to and from the brain. Even our thoughts, via brain neurons, are dependent on magnesium.
With insufficient magnesium levels, too much calcium accumulates in the cell and triggers excessive contraction and disrupts cell function. Excess calcium is pro-inflammatory and can excite nerves to the point of cell death. Too much calcium unregulated due to magnesium deficiency can deposit in soft tissues and may become toxic, causing painful conditions such as some forms of arthritis, kidney stones, osteoporosis and calcification of the arteries leading to heart attack and cardiovascular disease. Thus, magnesium is a natural calcium channel blocker without the harmful side-effects of calcium channel blocking medications.
700-800 Enzyme Processes
According to magnesium researcher, Dr. Andrea Rosanoff, "While it was estimated in 1968 that magnesium was a required cofactor for over 300 enzyme processes, that number is now more reliably estimated at 700 to 800."
Support for Heart Health
Having low levels of magnesium can contribute to vascular calcification, which is when minerals deposit inside your blood vessel walls. This can spell bad news for your heart health.
But maintaining adequate magnesium levels may support your heart health. According to studies, people who consume diets rich in magnesium may have help supporting healthy blood pressure levels.
Muscle Function
Magnesium is intimately involved in efficient muscle function. The mechanisms include oxygen uptake, electrolyte balance, and energy production. Magnesium relaxes muscles and balances calcium which contracts muscles, working together to make muscles work properly. Magnesium supplementation is critical to overall health. Not all forms of magnesium are easily absorbed by the body. Dr. Dean recommends ReMag, her proprietary liquid magnesium formula.
The long term effects of a body without magnesium spells problems for body and mind. Learn more tonight on Dr. Carolyn Dean LIVE.
